How to access a public folder via OWA (Exchange 2016)

    This guide will show you how to access a public folder in Outlook Web App 2016.

    All Sherweb hosted Exchange 2016 accounts
  • Prerequisite

    A Sherweb hosted Exchange 2016 account

  • How to

    1. Log into Outlook Web App.


    2. Right-click Favorites and select Add public folder



    3. Select the public folder you desire, then click Add to Favorites



    Note: To remove the public folder from the Favorites, right-click it and choose Remove from Favorites.
