How to add a public folder in Entourage (Exchange 2007)

  This guide will show you how to add a public folder in Entourage with Exchange 2007.

• Applicable to

  All SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 accounts.

• Prerequisite

  • a SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 account
  • Entourage 2004 or Entourage 2008

   

• How to

  1. Open Entourage.
  2. Go to Entourage - Account Settings.
  3. Double click on your Exchange account.
  4. Click on the Advanced tab.
  5. Under Publics Server Settings, enter https://webmail..net/public in the Public folders server field, check the box This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL) and then click on OK.
