How to add SkyNox to a user

• Synopsis

  This guide will show you how to add SkyNox to a user.

• Applicable to

  All SkyNox accounts

• Prerequisite

  • You must be the administrator of your organization.
  • You must have a SkyNox account.

• How to

  1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.
  2. Click on the user you wish to provision.
  3. Click on Activate under the SkyNox Backup section.
  4. Validate the user information, then click on Create.
  5. A confirmation is displayed on the control panel. An activation email is also sent to the user. The user will now have to follow the user activation process explained in this guide
