How to allocate a plan to a customer (Resellers 2007)

    This guide will show you how to allocate a plan to a customer in your Control Panel

    All SherWeb 2007 Resellers accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a SherWeb Resellers account
  • How to

    1. Log into the Control Panel.
    2. Select the organization that contains the user to whom you wish to allocate a plan.  CP_Organisation_name
    3. Click on the user to whom you wish to assign a plan. CP_Select_User
    4. Click on Change plan, located in the Exchange section. CP_Change_Plan
    5. Under Plan name, select one of the available plans in the drop-down menu, and then click on Save. CP_Change_plan_name
