How to change a user password (Exchange 2007)

    This guide will show you how to change a user password in the Control Panel.
  • Applicable to

    All SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 and SharePoint accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 or SharePoint account
    • administrative privileges on the Exchange 2007 or SharePoint account
  • How to

    1. Log into the Control Panel.
    2. Click on the user for whom you wish to change the password. CP_Select_User
    3. Click on Change password, located in the Setup section. CP_Change_Password
    4. Enter the new password, confirm it by entering it another time and then click on Save. CP_New_Confirm_PW
