  • How to

    1. Go to http://cira.ca/cira-forms/ and download the appropriate form.

    If your domain is registered under the name of a person, download:
    Manual Change of Administrative Contact Email : Individuals
    If your domain name is registered under the name of an organization, download:
    Manual Change of Administrative Contact Email : Non-Individuals

    1. Fill out the request form. Make sure that it has been signed and that you have included a clear photocopy of the registrant's Photo ID (signature side is required).
    2. If your domain is registered under an organization, ensure that you have printed the form on your organization's letterhead and that you have included a clear photocopy of the registrant's Photo ID (signature side is required).
    3. Once the form has been completed, fax it to: +1-416-531-2516 ATTN: OpenSRS Admin Email Change.

    Changes for the Administrative Email Address for .ca domains are submitted by Tucows to CIRA (the .ca registry) for processing.
