How to change your Control Panel or SkyNox password

  How to change your Control Panel or SkyNox password.

  • A SkyNox account

• How to

  1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.

   

  2. Click on Change Password in the User section.

   

  

   

  Important note: Your control panel and SkyNox passwords are not linked. Changing one will not change the other.

   

  

   

  To change your Control panel password:

   

  

   

  1. Enter your current password in the Current password field. Enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm password fields. Click on Change.

   

  To change your SkyNox password:

   

  

   

  Click on Reset password to receive a reset password email.

  Click on Activation email to have the activation email resent to you.
