If your site is hosted on SherWeb's server with an access to the Plesk Control Panel (https://domainame.com:8443), you should use the following incoming mail server:
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.domainname.com
You can configure this setting on a mail client like Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, Mail, etc.
The username is your complete email address: example@domainname.com
