How to create a CRM Site

  • Synopsis

    This guide will show you how to create your CRM site from the Control Panel.
  • Applicable to

    All SherWeb hosted CRM accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • administrative rights to log into the Control Panel
  • How to

    1. Log into the Control Panel.
    2. Click on Create Site, located in the section Microsoft CRM.
    3. Please read the Knowledge Tip and Warning box carefully, choose your default base currency, and then click on Continue.
    4. You should receive an on-screen notification that your site has been successfully created as well as the URL to access your site on the Web.
    5. If you have not created users yet, create them by referring to the [Error: FAQ not found]. If you have already created your users but you did not assign them a CRM license, please refer to the FAQ #109: How to add a CRM license to an existing user.
       

    Note: Once a base currency has been made, it cannot be changed without creating your CRM organization again.
