How to create a CRM Site

This guide will show you how to create your CRM site from the Control Panel. -
Applicable to
All SherWeb hosted CRM accounts. -
Prerequisite
- administrative rights to log into the Control Panel

How to
- Log into the Control Panel.
- Click on Create Site, located in the section Microsoft CRM.
- Please read the Knowledge Tip and Warning box carefully, choose your default base currency, and then click on Continue.
- You should receive an on-screen notification that your site has been successfully created as well as the URL to access your site on the Web.
- If you have not created users yet, create them by referring to the [Error: FAQ not found]. If you have already created your users but you did not assign them a CRM license, please refer to the FAQ #109: How to add a CRM license to an existing user.
Note: Once a base currency has been made, it cannot be changed without creating your CRM organization again.If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
