How to create a public calendar (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to create a public calendar in Outlook.
  • Applicable to

    All SherWeb hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a SherWeb hosted Exchange 2010 account
    • Outlook 2010 or higher
  • How to

    • Open Outlook.
    • Click on Go - Folder List. Ok_Go_Folder_List
    • Right-click on your domain name folder located in Public Folders under All Public Folders, and then select New Folder. Ok_PF_New_Folder
    • In the Create New Folder window, type in your new public folder name in the Name field, select Calendar Items in the drop-down menu and then click on OK. Ok_PF_Create_New_Folder
