How to create a room or an equipment mailbox (Exchange 2007)

    This guide will show you how to create a room or an equipment mailbox from your Control Panel.

    All SherWeb hosted Exchange accounts.

    • a SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 account
  • How to

    1. Log into the Control Panel.
    2. Create a new user for your room or equipment mailbox.?

       

    3. Click on Create mailbox, located in the Setup section. CP_Create_Mailbox
    4. Enter the room or equipment email address, select your plan and your mailbox type, and then click on Save. CP_Mailbox_Room_Equipment
