How to deactivate a CRM site

  This guide will show you how to deactivate your CRM Site from the Control Panel.

• Applicable to

  All SherWeb hosted CRM accounts.

• Prerequisite

  • administrative rights to the Control Panel

• How to

  Note: Your CRM licenses must be disabled on your Control Panel before attempting to deactivate your CRM site.

  1. Log into the Control Panel.
  2. Click on Deactivate, located in the Microsoft CRM section, .
  3. The screen will change to inform you that your site has been successfully deactivated.
  4. If you wish to reactivate your site, go back and click on Activate to resume where you last left off with CRM.
