How to download Outlook or Entourage

This guide will show you how to download Outlook or Entourage from your Control Panel. -
Applicable to
All SherWeb hosted Exchange accounts. -
Prerequisite
- a SherWeb hosted Exchange account
- a user with a SherWeb mailbox

How to
- Log into the Control Panel.
- Select the user for whom you wish to download Outlook or Entourage (see the
).
- Click on Downloads, located in the Setup section (see the
).
- Check the box By clicking "Continue" I confirm that I have read and understood the download disclaimer, and then click on Continue (see the
).
- Select Exchange or CRM (see the
).
- Select the program you wish to download and the preferred language if you want a language other than English, and then click on Download (see the
).
