How to download Outlook or Entourage (Exchange 2007)

• Synopsis

  This guide will show you how to download Outlook or Entourage from your Control Panel.

• Applicable to

  All SherWeb hosted Exchange accounts.

• Prerequisite

  • a SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 account
  • a user with a SherWeb mailbox

• How to

  1. Log into the Control Panel.
  2. Select the user for whom you wish to download Outlook or Entourage.
  3. Click on Downloads, located in the Setup section.
  4. Check the box By clicking "Continue" I confirm that I have read and understood the download disclaimer, and then click on Continue. 
  5. Select Exchange or CRM.
  6. Select the program you wish to download and the preferred language if you want a language other than English, and then click on Download.
