A SherWeb hosted Exchange 2007 account
1. Open the control panel.
2. Click on the name of the user you would like to share mailbox.
3. Under the Setup section, click on Permissions.
4.Under the Create a permission label, select the user or group to whom you would like to give full access in the Add mailbox permission for. Select Full access in the Permission type list.
5. Uncheck the option Also add "Send as" permission if it's not necessary.
6. Click on Save. A message confirms the operation was successful.
