How to open a CRM site with Internet Explorer

This guide will show you how to configure Internet Explorer to allow CRM functionality. -
Applicable to
All SherWeb hosted CRM accounts. -
Prerequisite
- Internet Explorer 6 SP1, Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8
- a SherWeb hosted CRM site

How to
- On your desktop, go to Start - Control Panel.
- Click on Classic View on the top left of the screen to bring up more advanced options.
- Click on the Internet Options icon.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on Reset all zones to default level.
- Click on the Trusted Sites icon.
- Click on Sites.
- In the Add this website to the zone field, enter your CRM URL.
- Click on Add.
- Click on Close.
- Click on Apply to accept the changes.
- Click on OK.
