How to
Regarding this problem, we have been doing research to ensure that our service flow is not affected. Most importantly, cracking down on users sending excessive amounts of emails is one of our priorities and will continue to be.
The following tool is able to scan more than 30 independent blacklist systems: http://openrbl.org/client/
After scanning our IPs, we found out that we had been blocked by FIVETEN. This list as well as the one in this FAQ (out of over 30 lists) is blocking our IPs. This blacklist system is surely not the most trusted on the net because of the false positive rate it generates. Therefore, we strongly discourage any email administrator from using the FIVETEN blacklist.
To get an up-to-date example of the reliability of the FIVETEN RBL, please visit this Web site. To know more about this service, please read this review of FIVETEN from an industry specialist.Unfortunately, since SherWeb does not want to encourage this kind of system, we will not pay for it to be removed. We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause.
