How can I download Outlook or Entourage?


Synopsis:

This guide will show you how to download Outlook or Entourage.

Prerequisites:

You must have an Exchange 2007 account with SherWeb.
Your user must have a SherWeb mailbox.

How-to Steps:

  1. Log into the Control Panel. (For assistance, please refer to the following FAQ: How can I access the Control Panel?)
  2. Select the user for whom you wish to download Outlook or Entourage. (See CP Usr)
  3. In the Setup section, click Downloads. (See CP Usr DL 1)
  4. Choose the program you wish to download and then choose the preferred language. (See CP Usr DL 2)
  5. Click Download.
