Some customers may experience connectivity issues accessing their Exchange mailboxes. No emails are being lost. We are looking into this issue at the highest priority. We do not have an ETA at the moment.

Dear Customers,
In order to increase the performance on our second cluster of Barracuda Spam Firewalls, we have made some changes to the Default Spam settings. Emails which would normally have been delivered to the Quarantine Inbox will instead be delivered directly to the Mailbox with the subject tagged with: [SPAM ?]. Based on our statistics, this should represent a minimal number of emails per day, per user.
Please note that old emails which have already been quarantined may still be accessed using https://spam-cl2.ihostexchange.net.
Thank you for your understanding.
January 29th, UPDATE: For now, the problem is fix. For more details and make sure that it will not happen again, we have contacted Parallels enginners.

7H30 PM - UPDATE: Sites are now back to normal. Emails delivery is also quick. We're still investigating.
3 PM: We notice delay in the email delivery and the server can even delay the loading for the sites.
It might be slow because of the queues of emails relatively important at this moment. The administrators deal with this problem in very high priority. They put at present the efforts to make sure that the treatment of the emails is quick. The sites will be thus slower for this reason.
We have good hope which the server finds its regular speed soon, as much for the sites that for the mails delivery.
