    As part of our commitment to providing high-performance hosting services, we've scheduled a maintenance on our network and server equipment. Please read the maintenance schedule details carefully.

    Maintenance Impact
    Since we have High Availability on all of our Systems, no Impact is expected during the Maintenance.

     Dear customers and partners,

    As part of our commitment to providing high-performance hosting services, a maintenance has been planned on our network and server equipment. Please read carefully the maintenance schedule details.

    Performance Cloud, Ashburn and Charlotte:
    Wednesday 16, Thursday 17 and Friday June 18, 2021 - 11:00 p.m.

    Performance Cloud, Montreal: Friday, June 18, 2021 - 11:00 p.m.

    Maintenance duration

    4 hours per maintenance window


    Maintenance impact

    During the maintenance window for Performance Cloud Montreal on Friday, June 18, the following impacts are expected:
    •Sporadic loss of connectivity for the virtual networks, each lasting about a minute or two at most. No impact to the virtual machines themselves is expected, apart from the possible loss of network connectivity.
    •The management portal will be unavailable from time to time.
    •Some scheduled backups jobs might be disabled during the maintenance. They will resume after the backup servers are patched.

     

    Performance Cloud (Canada) will be undergoing an extensive maintenance. During the regular maintenance schedule, longer disconnections could occur.

    This is in order to provide more stability over our Network and Hyper-V Infrastructure.

     

    During the maintenance windows for Performance Cloud Ashburn and Charlotte on Friday, June 18, the following impacts are expected: •Sporadic loss of connectivity for the virtual networks, each lasting about a minute or two at most. No impact to the virtual machines themselves is expected, apart from the possible loss of network connectivity.
    •The management portal will be unavailable from time to time.

    Regular activities conducted during the maintenance window for Performance Cloud Ashburn and Charlotte on Thursday, June 18, will have no impact, except unavailability of the US management portal from time to time.

    All sites are undergoing our normal monthly hosting infrastructure maintenance and updates.
