Set Up Service and Managed Services

If your phones were purchased directly from Sherweb, we will complete the initial setup and continue to maintain the basic features.


We will set up and support the basic configuration of your telephony system:

  • User changes
  • IVRs
  • Extension assignments
  • Ring group assignments
  • Voicemail requirements
  • Phone numbers
  • E911 configurations


Initial setup sessions will be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST. Support for your phone system will also fall within this timeframe.


Note: Any non-emergency support requests received outside of the Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST window will be addressed by our experts the following business day.

Invoiced support requests

Support requests for services falling outside of those already included will be invoiced at an hourly rate $USD 250 / $CAD  335.


Invoiced services include:


  • Custom support
    • Phone configurations
    • Custom testing
  • Customized/Personalized on-demand training
  • Custom reports
  • Ad hoc DID porting for Teams
  • Direct engineering support.


Unsupported requests

Support does not include any hardware that you are using that was not purchased from Sherweb. Troubleshooting of your network is also not supported.
